Customer Cancellation:

Cancellation of order by customer will not be chargeable within 90 seconds of order placement cancellation of order by customer is disabled for the next order upon cancellation of order beyond 90 seconds .Cancellation of order will not be allowed once the delivery executive reaches the customer location cancellation of a pickup and drop order after the delivery executive has picked up the delivery items will result in a cancellation fee being charged equivalent to the entire service fee.

Order cancelled by store :

Order cancelled by the store/ restaurant if food not available or the item prepared taking long time, the customer has applicable for full refund. SAISSON DELIVARY SOLUTION will be refund the same amount to customer.

Time Period Of Refund process:

SAISSON DELIVARY SOLUTION Food Delivery will be refund the customer amount to the wallet or bank Account with in -3-5 Business working days from the time of cancellation, if customer canceled before timer 90 seconds of time the full refund applicable to the customer, if customer cancelled after the 90 seconds of timer there no option for refund to perticular person from the SAISSON DELIVARY SOLUTION food delivery app.In case the order which is paid through digital payment is cancelled due to non-availability of the amount will be returned by reversing the transaction by restaurents . This refund will be returned on the actual source within 3 to 5 working days , however SAISSON DELIVARY SOLUTION is not responsible for any delay on the bank side.
